Every organisation faces its own pressures, priorities and people challenges. My role is to provide clear support that strengthens your people practice and gives leaders the confidence and capacity to focus on what matters most, the experience and outcomes of pupils. I work alongside senior teams to understand their context, identify what will make the greatest difference and to deliver solutions that are proportionate, sustainable, aligned with your values and work in your setting.

The service areas below illustrate in detail some of the ways I can support your organisation. They reflect the breadth of my experience across multi academy trusts, schools, higher education and external HR services, and the practical impact that thoughtful, well planned people leadership can achieve. These won't limit how we work together and I'll always take a bespoke approach.
